These are your tasks.

HR administration (contract management, communication with external service providers)
Preparation and implementation of monthly payroll accounting for several locations with P&I Loga3
Supporting and advising employees and managers on personnel-related issues
Carrying out applicant management and conducting interviews with the respective hiring managers

What you bring with you

Completed studies with a focus on HR or comparable commercial/administrative training with additional qualification as HR specialist
Relevant professional experience in human resources and payroll accounting
Sound knowledge of labor and social security law
Confident handling of payroll accounting systems (P&I LOGA)
Initial experience in processing and maintaining job plans
IT affinity, analytical and forward-looking thinking in HR topics
