To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented employee (m/f/d) to join our internal sales team as soon as possible.

These are your tasks.

Contact person for our existing customers and first point of contact for new customers
Independent processing of customer inquiries, quotations and orders
Creation of calculations as well as preparation and follow-up of offers
Close cooperation with field service, project management and production
Maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
Schedule and delivery monitoring and coordination of internal processes
Support with sales campaigns and market analyses

What you bring with you

Professional experience in printing or pre-press or as a media consultant
Experience in internal sales or customer service is required
High customer orientation and strong communication skills in German, other languages are welcome
Structured, reliable and independent way of working
Confident handling of MS Office; experience with CRM systems an advantage
Team spirit and pleasure in dealing with customers
