Operating technician (m/f/d)

Do you love technology, like to get stuck in and make sure that facilities, buildings and grounds run smoothly? We are looking for an all-rounder in Facility Management who will act as the first point of contact for all technical issues in the company – from building technology and outdoor facilities to supporting our production facilities. These are your tasks.

  • You ensure the smooth operation of our building technology: heating, ventilation and sanitary systems (maintenance, repair, coordination of external companies), electrical systems incl. measurements & tests, coordination of roofing, gardening, cleaning and winter service, support of air conditioning systems, ventilation systems and wallboxes, support of all “systems requiring inspection” incl. deadline monitoring, minor repairs (locks, roller shutters, yard gates, furniture, etc.), maintenance of outdoor facilities, green spaces and meadows
  • Responsibility for compressors
  • First check in the event of faults on our machines (fault analysis before a technician is deployed)
  • IT support (e.g. replacing hard disks, simple diagnostic work)
  • Operation and monitoring of osmosis, humidification and filter systems
  • Record meter readings
  • Evaluate key figures & prepare for audits
  • Analyze energy consumption and identify optimization potential
  • UVV inspections (industrial trucks, racking)
  • TÜV appointments (electrical systems, pressure vessels)
  • Monitoring of all fire protection and security systems

What you bring with you

  • Completed training in the technical/trade sector:
    Mechatronics technician, electrician, HVAC system mechanic, system electronics technician or similar.
  • Experience in building technology, maintenance and repairs
  • Manual dexterity and quick problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical or metal is an advantage
  • Reliability, independence & friendly demeanor
  • Physical aptitude (e.g. for moving furniture or outdoor work)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (winter service, emergencies)
  • Class B driver’s license
