Stitching, folding, adding supplements – even after printing, our possibilities are far from being exhausted. Our saddle stitcher equipment is highly effective and very fast, allowing sheets to be brought together offline. It does not matter whether the sheets have been printed in our company or are delivered in their finished state. Furthermore, six feeder stations allow the feeding of sheet parts. Thus, we also produce comprehensive catalogs without problems. We are also happy to include supplements, glued-in inserts and bound-in supplements for you. Here, we can add up to six supplements in just one working process. Insertion work can be done by machine in a similarly effective way. We also offer economic solutions for smaller staplers. There are numerous technical possibilities and, furthermore, we also realize special requests for you.

Printing, processing – and off it goes: self-mailer and mail
Immediately after printing, the products are finished in-house. Apart from the standards, such as cutting folding, saddle stitching, we especially integrated advertising mail and self-mailer processing. We use the latest enveloping machines up to the format DIN B4 to envelope and send advertising mail in one or more personalized parts. In this process, we provide an automatic address matching feature to give a 100% guarantee that the right contents are put in the right envelope. Apart from that, we perform the entire preparation work for the different dispatch types, so that your advertising message gets to the customer in the most cost-effective way. This includes mandatory forms, registrations or sorts of different shipping providers both national and international.
