Following the installation of the world&#8217;s first machine of this type in 2024 and a second system last spring, the company is continuing the systematic expansion of its inkjet production at the <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"860\">Hildesheim and Bad Oeynhausen<\/strong> sites. High-speed inkjet printing will thus become a central component of Sattler Media&#8217;s industrial print production at both sites.<br>As one of Europe&#8217;s leading print and media service providers in the fields of <strong data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1166\">commercial printing, direct mail, omnichannel marketing and logistics<\/strong>, Sattler Media is continuously driving forward the automation of its production processes. With the expansion of inkjet technology and the development of new applications, the company is increasingly focusing on <strong data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1437\">artificial intelligence, automation and high productivity<\/strong>.<br>The aim is to process large parts of mailing production and high-quality individualized print products via the new production line in the future. In future, three dedicated production lines will be available, each with different finishing options: <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2178\">a line for dialog marketing and direct mailing applications<\/li><li data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2178\">a line for saddle-stitched brochures<\/li><li data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2178\">a line for perfect bound magazines and catalogs<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2475\">This combination enables Sattler Media to cover a wide range of applications flexibly and efficiently while ensuring consistently high production quality.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2477\" data-end=\"2535\">Powerful technology for industrial production<\/h3><p data-start=\"2537\" data-end=\"2871\">The Ricoh Pro VC80000 achieves a maximum resolution of <strong data-start=\"2596\" data-end=\"2617\">1,200 \u00d7 1,200 dpi<\/strong>. For Sattler Media, the combination of <strong data-start=\"2671\" data-end=\"2705\">1,200 \u00d7 600 dpi print resolution<\/strong> and a maximum speed of <strong data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2771\">150 meters per minute<\/strong> is particularly important. This means that the system works around <strong data-start=\"2817\" data-end=\"2870\">50 percent faster than the previous generation<\/strong>.<br>In addition, an extensive software portfolio supports the automation of production processes.
