These are your tasks.

Interface between the sales force, customers and suppliers
Independent order processing from calculation to quotation preparation to invoicing, using our internal ERP system
Planning, controlling and monitoring order processing are essential tasks in day-to-day business (including customer-related orders, deliveries to the end customer, etc.).
Regular exchange on internal projects within your team

What you bring with you

Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Basic commercial understanding and personal responsibility
Confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
Technical knowledge of the printing and media industry
Structured way of working, high level of commitment and flexibility
Ability to work in a team and reliability
