These are your tasks.

Be the central point of contact for our employees and managers when it comes to HR issues
Develop and implement sustainable HR solutions aimed at enhancing both the employee experience and organizational goals
Contribute to the development and optimization of our HR system (P&I Loga) and simplify processes through innovative projects
Shape our recruiting with creative strategies to attract the best talent for our company
Take responsibility for the management of personnel files and ensure a seamless process in document maintenance

What you bring with you

You have completed a suitable degree or comparable training and have experience in digital collaboration
Several years of experience in a similar role, especially in the supervision of commercial employees
Good knowledge of HR systems, experience with P&I Loga is an additional advantage
A positive mindset and the motivation to inspire and enthuse those around you about HR topics
